  • My responsibilities include the service, repair, maintenance, and installation of heating and air conditioning systems varying from 1 to 20 tons in both residential and commercial systems.
  • Installations are of window units, package units, split systems, both gas, electric and heat pumps, ranging from 1 to 20 tons. Also includes running of new Freon lines, high and low voltage electrical, gas lines, plenums, transitions, ducting, drain lines, thermostats, sensors, etc.

  • Experience in troubleshooting varies from window units, wall and floor furnaces, package units, split systems, chilled water systems, vav systems, water source heat pumps, and swamp coolers. Also includes reading reports and working together with offsite Energy Management Services.
