- Started as a Front Desk cast member and then was promoted to Front Desk Operations Coordinator.
- Job duties included but not limited to customer service; providing assistance to guests with travel needs, food, directions to, from local areas. I also assigned guest rooms and made sure large groups were put in the same location, as well as handling a multi-line phone system and two way radio’s to resolve any situation that may occur with a quick response time so that we could provide a smooth transition for guests and vendors, was awarded numerous times on various issues that had occurred by several of my managers.
- Dealt closely with managers in all areas of the Resort and handled many emergency situations that might arise.
- Created daily business reports for the Resort General Manager and all other area managers for daily meetings. The report would contain incoming & outgoing guest numbers, particular number of adults and children, and profit margins for that specific day and the past 5 to 7 days depending on the specific reports.
