Jeff Flannery is one the biggest producing recruiters in the country consistently billing over $1 million in recruiter fees annually. He has placed professionals from Baku, Azerbaijan to Aberdeen, Scotland to Omaha, NE.

He has reviewed over 50,000 resumes, placed hundreds of professionals in better jobs at Fortune 500 companies, and negotiated countless compensation packages ranging from $40,000 for a fresh college grad to seven figure packages for “C” level executives.  Working with numerous Fortune 500 companies, including BP, Nestle, Chevron, Nokia, WR Grace, and dozens more, his candidates have received compensation packages ranging from $40k a year for entry level to "C" level executives with compensation packages exceeding $1 million.

Jeff is an award winning recruiter and sought after speaker.  He has served on the board of the Rocky Mountain Association of Recruiters since its inception. He has received numerous awards and has spoken all of over the world on recruiting issues.

He is the founder and Managing Partner of the Teldar Group, an executive search firm specializing in supply chain executives. Before Jeff moved his career into executive search, he worked for both corporate America and consulting firms. His consulting experience includes stints at PricewaterhouseCoopers and FreeMarkets where he consulted for Fortune 500 companies such as HJ Heinz, ConAgra, IBM, Raytheon, Lucent Technologies, and Nestle. His projects took him around the world to such remote places as Caracas Venezuela, Kuching Malaysia and Bogota Columbia

Jeff has an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Iowa.
